All Barbican House rooms are priced PER ROOM, PER NIGHT. Your stay includes a hearty full English breakfast, with vegetarian or alternative breakfast menu readily available, all served in our attractive period dining room.

Single Occupancy
For Single Occupancy bookings, i.e. one person staying in a room, rates are charged per-room minus £20 discount per night - excludes weekends or special events.
Barbican Lodge: Room 8
Room 8 - King-size/Single/Family (sleeps 2+1)

Third person in room extra £25 (maximum 3 occupancy). Note - no single occupancy rates are available for Barbican Lodge.

General Terms
Arrival & Departure
Check in is between 2pm and 8pm. Arrivals after 8pm by prior arrangement only. Guests may arrive before 2pm to leave luggage. Check out by 11am.
Minimum Stay
Weekends and Special Events may require a minimum stay of two nights or more and may be subject to additional charges. Please enquire for further details.
Group Bookings
General reservations are for a maximum of four people only. Larger parties are welcome and can be accommodated by prior arrangement. Please ask for more details.
Payment
A £50.00 non refundable deposit is required per reservation (at time of booking). Remaining balance is due in full on departure. We accept cash, Credit or Debit card.
